Ming Wu

Ming began working in real estate sales and leasing in California in 2019. During a trip to North Carolina, she was immediately drawn to the beautiful environment, rich flora and fauna, moderate humidity, and distinct four seasons, so in 2023, her family relocated here to settle down. Ming is passionate about real estate, enjoys interacting with people, sharing her knowledge, and is especially dedicated to helping clients find their ideal homes. After settling in North Carolina, she quickly obtained her real estate license in the state.

Her work experience in California helped her become familiar with the industry here. She has strong ethical awareness and communication skills, and from conversations with clients, she is able to accurately understand their needs and quickly offer her suggestions. She actively helps clients find properties, analyzing the pros and cons of homes, and especially provides additional information for out-of-state clients and new immigrants about life here, including schooling for children, medical services, and retirement options, always prioritizing the clients' best interests.

Ming is a life-loving person who values family. She loves animals and has two adorable cats and a dog, all adopted from animal rescue organizations. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking delicious meals, and spending quality time with her children and pets.
