Joanna Liu

Born and raised in Shanghai, Joanna lived there for over 40 years before relocating to North Carolina. She holds an MBA from the University of Wales and brings extensive corporate experience from BASF, DuPont, Pfizer, and DHL. During her last decade at DHL, she worked as a Key Account Manager serving clients in the chemical industry and bulk chartering sector. Her professionalism, strong communication skills, and client-focused mindset allow her to provide reliable and thoughtful support to both clients and colleagues.

After moving to North Carolina’s Triangle area, Joanna quickly fell in love with the welcoming community and comfortable lifestyle. With her multicultural background and international business experience, she enjoys building meaningful connections and helping others feel supported throughout every interaction.

Outside of work, Joanna enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, hiking, watching movies, exploring local restaurants and discovering new places through travel. Known for her warm personality and strong sense of responsibility, she is dedicated to supporting both her team and clients with professionalism and genuine care
